Sunflowers and Special Friends

Miles and miles...
Acres and acres
of
Sunflowers!!

My farmer-husband estimates that we saw
about 300 acres of these beautiful flowers
that just make a person want to smile.
McCook. Texas

These beautiful sunflowers remind me of
my two dear friends...
Laura (White Spray Paint)
and
Nancy (Nancy's Notes)

The top left photo is a sunflower (I think but it looks like one to me!) grown by Laura in her flower garden.
The bottom left is from a center piece Nancy created.

Sunflowers are so cheerful, especially en masse. And what a great picture of three happy friends.

I grew up in a farming community, where the farmers, basically, grew peanuts, soybeans and cotton. The first time I went to California, I saw huge fields of flowers growing and thought that must be what heaven looked like - love, love those fields of sunflowers!!

What beautiful ladies all three of you are! Just lovely! What a life to be able to see all those sunflowers at once. I see one little bouquet admire them to pieces!
Hugs,
Mona
