I pause this blog... for family!

 October 1915.
Mabel and Otto Peterson settled in Olivia, Texas in a "pre-fab" home from Sears and Roebuck. The pieces all made their way by boat across a bay by this home.

I'm going to take a break from my blog for just a few days. I am working on my husband's reunion, family tree and the family history book... all of which is behind schedule. We leave Wednesday for the reunion, so, yes, I am in a panic.
If I have not replied to your visits to Ladybug Creek, please forgive me. I will soon.

Have a great week, dear friends!

That home is neat-o. Good luck with getting all those things done.
You're right - we are interested in some of the same things, including genealogy. Try not to panic~enjoy your reunion.

Great reason to pause! You have been on a great roll with your awesome blogging, way to go! I know you now have so much to do. I can't wait to hear all about your reunion, with you planning, it'll be just wonderful!

I am finally getting to my blogging, mom is visiting and not much time! We have been out and about each day! I have missed my daily blogging, getting it in early today! (thank goodness I had one ready to post!)

Have a great day Karen!

Love,
Nancy

Oh dear Karen, I have been on a little break too but didn't really mean to. I have blogged but not had time to be reading! Enjoy your few days off and I pray you get everything done! Big hugs from little 'ole Ganky:)

I'm sort of glad you're busy with a reunion and taking a break. Maybe then you won't remember that I have not answered a question you left on my blogpost about the ham biscuits!! Same on me!!! I just found it...have mercy I'm out of control with my blog commenting! I don't add mustard/mayo to me biscuits...just the cooked ham and hot biscuits:) Delish!

Hi Karen,
Hope you have a wonderful trip! We just got back from camping last night, now I am trying to catch up on blogging :) I was so happy to hear that you are seeing ads on tv in Texas about Michigan! I think many people might think it's just another boring Mid West state, but there really is alot of gorgeous scenery here! Glad you were able to visit!
