and decor at the Quinceañera we just attended in Mexico.
I was really taken by the tiny lights used in the
centerpieces and the flowers. I have never seen battery
operated lights inside of water. Have you?

I don't think the lights are actually in the water. You can't do that I am sure. The water is likely in a shapeable clear flower vase and the lights are on the outside of it between the shapeable vase and the outer glass container.
Have you ever seen a shapeable plastic vase? You can squish them into a shape and they stay that way and stand upright.
Beautiful....looks like you are having a great time. What a fun vacation...have never been to Mexico but would love to visit someday....soon (I hope!!). Thanks so much for your recent visit and sweet comments. I'm going to take a look at your other Mexico posts so I can imagine I am there as well.
