I just discovered
"Wow Us Wednesdays"
hosted by Kim at Savvy Southern Style.
I am a newbie at estate sales, but this past weekend
my husband and I went to one...
and I was thrilled with my finds.
Here are just a few:
I love Roseville pottery.
This was truly a bargain and most likely what I
am pleased with the most.
The above and below is a set of brown transferware.
I prefer the older version of this, but it really caught
my eye. I may decide later to put it in my
booth at a local antiques mall.
This is a McCoy vase that I originally bought for
my booth. But it sprouted hands and cried, "No, no, no!"
So here she rests next to my collection of
Better Homes and Gardens Cookbooks.
Sorry for the shadow but I'm posting quickly.
So visit Kim
And get "WOW'd"!!

Sherry at No Minimalist Here
just invited me to join in on
So, here I am for
"Open House Thursdays"...
considering how busy this week is for all of us
it's good to get ahead.

Such beautiful finds, Karen--lucky you! The brown transferware is just lovely--and that McCoy vase brings me to my knees! Love that beautiful color!
Hope you're having a wonderful night, my friend!

Karen, Your piece of Roseville is lovely. Now, if I was located closer to you, I'd probably take that brown transferware off your hands. I'm always on the lookout for it. Glad you found such pretties!

Hi Karen, What great finds! I love the Roseville vase and the transferware and McCoy piece are fabulous. I would love for you to join my Open House party that starts every Wednesday evening. Take care.
Hugs,
Sherry
Karen, Gorgeous Roseville vase and a scrumptious color.
Brown transferware? You're calling my name, but I'm like you and prefer the older versions.
I do wish your shop was near me.
Wishing you and your family a happy Easter.

GREAT finds! I love Estate Sales and go to as many as I can:) Have a blessed day my friend! HUGS!
Fantastic find in the brown transferware! Your pottery is lovely, too, and looks great with the beautiful flowers. Gotta love estate sales!!

Wow! What a sweet blog! I'm so glad I found you. I'm here from Kim's party and I'm your newest follower. I love all of your estate sale finds. I don't go to many estate sales myself mostly because around here they can be pretty cut throat. I prefer yard sales and thrift stores. Have a great day and stop by for a visit sometime.
xoxo,
Kim
I've not been to an Estate Sale in many years! Lucky you for getting to go to one and with David. You certainly found some great treasures, then again, you always do! (I love shopping with Karen, she's quite the buyer of truly beautiful treasures!)
Hugs,
Nancy
Why is it that our lives just seem to get busier and busier? Looks like you found some real goodies in spite of a busy week! Congrats!
Oh dear, prepare for life to change...estate sales are way fun. Some are priced right and some are priced far to high. Here in Georgia some go half price on the second day and that is when I attend. The Roseville piece is pretty and usually it is out of my price range. ♥O
Karen,
I'm Lynne's daughter. I'm so glad that you found such wonderful things at the sale. Your blog is such a delight!!
