Christmas 1952
My sister and I are showing off our Bonnie Braids, Dick Tracy dolls. What a Christmas that was! I remember it so well. This was in Midland, Texas.
Today I am linking to Vintage Thingy Thursday where The Colorado Lady highlights her vintage treasures and invites us to do the same! http://coloradolady.blogspot.com/

adorable....
Hi Karen! What a precious pic! Are you the adorable little girl on the left? I remember so well wanting a certain doll or toy and then finding it under the tree. Our childhood memories are so dear. I wish you and your family a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Love,
Susan and Bentley

That's a cute photo. I didn't have a Bonnie Braids doll, but I remember that name.
Very cute, and that tree looks gorgeous. Merry Christmas!
Karen, I too have thought of you this season. I hope one of these days we can meet. I've so enjoyed getting to know you through blogging and after all, we're in the same state. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy your kiddos being there. I know you are excited for them to come. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Such an adorable photo, Karen!
Thanks for becoming such a dear friend to me here in this bloggy land of ours! It's wonderful to have a family history friend!

Oh my! You are both soooo adorable! I collected dolls for years, but I've never heard of "Bonnie Braids" ... now I'm curious about her, I'll have to do some digging and find out more! Thanks for sharing!
Have a lovely week!
Margie :)
