This is a brief reminder of what things looked like about three weeks ago. The new wood floors had already been put in, but now I have granite counter tops, stone back splash, induction cook stove, new dishwasher, sink, faucet, green wallpaper gone and walls painted. My double ovens have not arrived yet... probably the week of December 1st. The glass front cabinets are going to be reorganized.
So there we have our project almost finished. I guess you're never really done, right?
Shhh... please, don't tell my husband that, okay?

Your kitchen is beautiful and so big. I take it you like to cook. We have much in common. I have glass doors on some of my cabinets and I love them. Tomorrow I am taking everything out of them and putting in my Christmas dishes. I did that last year and it was really fun to use them during the holidays. I really like the little hankies, I am going to copy that idea. I have really enjoyed double ovens too. Your colors are really nice and I look forward to seeing more photos. Blessings
Looks great!
Karen, the redo is absolutely beautiful! I know you must be thrilled with the finished look! Hope I get to see it soon!
Awesome. Oh you must be so glad to be done, or not quite done as you said.
Oh Karen...this is just gorgeous! I LOVE those glass cabinet doors! You are much neater than I am!lol The hankie idea is such a good one. I am dreaming of granite and hardwood floors...one day! Happy week!...Debbie
That is a fabulous kitchen Karen ! I just love the whole look, it's so warm and inviting and lot's of room to cook in! Enjoy and thanks for sharing too! Cindy
Karen,
Your kitchen is WONDERFUL! Love the granite and the stainless appliances. Lucky girl. I cannot imagine the mess. I would love to do ours, it's so bad. I even have a hole under our counter where a trash compactor used to be. UGG. You've inspired me tho. Can't wait to see after you've fluffed it.
Thanks for your comment about my cottages. Funny you mention ME, her style really influenced me back in the 90's when I got my first home. It's such a happy style, and so nostalgic. Lisa
Karen, it looks just lovely. I knew it would be nice, but it is even better than I expected. Good for you! ENJOY. I think the warmth of the look is what is so attractive.
