Karen: The tart was made with Capriole chevre. Capriole is a well-know producer of goat cheeses located in Greenwood, IN. I've purchased their cheese at local grocery stores. It really is comparable to fine French offerings. Anyway, the tart was similar to a quiche except lighter. It was an individual serving of about a 6 inch round. The pastry was very light and flaky. Served on a saute' of summer vegetables. Delicious!
